Sunway Bhd – Won RM1.17bn MRT Package V4 Job                                                 Outperform

-          Sunway is awarded Package V4 MRT job, which is worth RM1.17bn. This is for works between Sec. 17 PJ and the Semantan Portal. We estimate a construction margin of 6-8%.

-          Sunway has once again proven its competency in the construction business. This MRT job has boosted Sunway’s construction orderbook to RM4.13bn.  - Source:  RHBInvest

TRC Synergy – Lands RM459m Sg Buloh Depot Package Of MRT                               Outperform

-          TRC Synergy (TRC) has secured Package DPT1 (Sg Buloh Depot) of the Klang Valley MRT project at RM459m. Other winners of this batch of the Klang Valley MRT work packages worth a total of RM3.2bn are Muhibbah, Sunway and MTD.

-          This is the second key contract it has secured this year, boosting its YTD new jobs secured to RM495m and outstanding construction orderbook by 34% from RM1.36bn to RM1.82bn.   -  Source:  RHBInvest
