LINE CLEAR?

Is it better to try and catch bottom hoping to have a bigger win but with more risk of catching a falling knife than to enter when the chances of winning is better but losing out on the earlier rise in price?  With this in mind, now checking out on some of the big gainers of 23^rd July to see how good the trade will be when the line is clear.
